Art Now is an exclusive selection of exciting, innovative and distinguished works of art. Featuring names such Tony O'Malley, John Shinnors, Sean McSweeney, Louis le Brocquy, Jane O'Malley and William Crozier, this is a unique opportunity to acquire one of the classics of tomorrow. Following on from the success of last year's event, The Hunt Museum and Taylor Galleries, Dublin come together once more for this visual tour de force. Through landscape, abstraction, and participation work, Art Now reflects the diversity and vitality of contemporary Irish culture. Showcasing the work of the most distinguished artists practicing in Ireland today, this event is a collector's paradise. All of these artists have exhibited widely both nationally and internationally and are in some of the world's most prestigious public and private collections. The Hunt Museum is the perfect backdrop for this exciting exhibition. Housed in one of Limerick's finest Georgian buildings on the banks of the River Shannon, it exhibits one of Ireland's greatest private collections of art and antiquities. For two weeks this winter, it also plays host to this exciting showcase of classical, contemporary and collectible works of art. Art Now at The Hunt Museum is open to the public from Friday October 27 and continues until Thursday November 9, 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 2pm to 5pm Sundays. All works are for sale.
