This exhibition uses historic artefacts from its Collection as well as private collections. The Museum presents an exhibition exploring aspects of dining and how the presentation of food has changed over the years in four distinct phases: up to 1700, the 18th century, the 19th and 20th centuries, and explores three themes: table settings, etiquette and food.
