Ringed pin
Description
A bronze pin, believed to be from the 8th/early 9th century. The ring is of cast bronze and is ornamented with three settings, one of which has traces of amber. An animal head projects from the lower setting with its snout perforated. The ring swivels freely in the simple looped-over head.
