Certificate, Flight over the equator
Description
A certificate issued by Qantas Empire Airways Ltd. and British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) to commemorate a flight by Sybil Connolly over the equator on September 21 1954 at 10.30pm in a VH-EAG 'Southern Constellation' aircraft. The certificate was framed by Combridge Ltd., Dublin, in a black painted wooden frame.
