Dannheimer, Prehistorische staats-sammlung, Munich. Object is described as 'of a kind of item called "Ibera bronzes"' and is dated to the sixth-eighth centuries B.C.; Hunt Museum object comment sheet (c. 1997) containing comments made about MG 139/037 by Dannheimer. Object attributed to the 'mountains region' of northern Italy and dated to the sixth-eighth centuries B.C.
