Description

Sketch on board, with annotation "striped poplin with frill cape" written in pencil. A full-length strapless evening dress. It has a fitted bodice and a gathered skirt. There is a ribbon round the waist with corsage at the mid-front. A smaller sketch shows a short cape with a frilled edge over the dress. The model, a young woman, is shown wearing bracelets, a choker and has hair tied up with bows.
