Carved stone, ceremonial ball
Description
A stone ball of the Skara Brae type. It is spherical is shape with four large bosses, three of which are carved, surrounding each large boss there is a circle of nine smaller bosses. Of the circle of nine, two bosses are shared with the other circles. ?Scottish.
