Pharmacy jar
Description
A drug-jar cylindrical in shape and decorated on the front. It has a rectangular, yellow frame intertwined with stylized leaves surrounding the word: Thamarin. In the centre top of the frame there is an oval surrounding a tree and a serpent. Over the oval there is scrolled decoration. This is one of pair (A-B). This jar possibly contained the the sugared preserved fruit of the tamarind.
