Design sketch
Description
Sketch on board. A full-length two-piece outfit (over blouse and skirt) or dress. The skirt is gathered. The belted blouse has set-in sleeves gathered into cuffs at the wrist. The collar is pointed and there are four buttons in the opening of the blouse.
