Design sketch, Deer Stalker

Description

Sketch on board, with the title "Deer Stalker" written on the back in pencil. A knee-length dress with short sleeves and a band collar. There is a pocket in the front left-hand seam of the skirt. The waist is belted. The fabric of the bodice front is continued over the belt and ends with a triangular shape which is buttoned down at the top of the skirt. Winsor & Newton Fashion Plate Board.
