Includes document containing basic information about objects, namely, title, medium, origin and period, with photocopy of image of objects (date unspecified); Hunt Museum object comment sheet (28 November 1997) containing comments made about objects by Henry Sandon, ceramics expert, BBC Antiques Roadshow. Dates the figures to circa 1760; Hunt Museum collection survey form (date unspecified); photocopy of extract from 'Techniques of the World's Greatest Masters of Pottery and Ceramics' (Tiger, 1987) consultant editor, Hugo Morley-Fletcher, which includes images of Bustelli figures; photocopy of extract from 'The Meaning of Art' (Faber and Faber, 1968) by Herbert Read which includes image of a Bustelli figure; three photocopies of extract from a Christies catalogue of sale (c. July 1956) which contains description and image of present figure of Octavio. Annotation suggests that it was bought by the Hunts for £150; three photocopies from exhibition catalogue in German entitled 'Figurliche Keramik aus zwei Jahrtausenden' held at Museum Kunsthandwerk, Frankfurt - main und die Adolf und Luisa Haeuser Stiftung] (c. 1963-64) which contains description and image of a figure of Julia by Bustelli. Unclear if it present object or one that is similar that is depicted; black and white image of figure of Octavio (date unspecified). It is not noted whether it is present object or one which is similar that is shown here. It is noted that the letter 'P' is impressed on the base of the object photographed here; newspaper article, and photocopy thereof c. March 1977, by Deborah Stratton in which she writes that an entire set of figures of the Italian Comedy (Commedia dell arte) by Bustelli will come up for sale at Christies on 28 March 1977; photocopy of letter in German (30 April 1982) from Doctor J. Naumann, Director, Hetjens-Museum der Landeshauptstadt Dusseldorf, Deutsches Keramikmuseum, to Gertrude Hunt, Drumleck cottage, Baily, county Dublin. Summary translation of letter present. Translation states that if Hunt would like to part with the Bustelli figures, together with some other named objects, Naumann would be delighted to receive them; handwritten note (date unspecified) which reads, 'Nymphenburg vase or base, J. Peter Melchior Princess Ludovike Wilhelmina d. of King Max Joseph I of Bayern (1808-91) about 1810.' Unclear if this note relates to present objects. Also present are photocopy and transcription of this note. On verso of note is a reference to 'medieval crib figures J. White Cranach'; photocopy of extract from 'The Collector's Encyclopaedia of Antiques' (London: Bloomsbury, 1973) edited by Phoebe Phillips. Extract includes image and description of Nymphenberg porcelain; photocopy of extract from 'German Porcelain of the Eighteenth Century' (reprinted from the 'Metropolitan Museum of Art Bulletin' (spring 1990)).
