Provenance

File of material relating to a figure of horse and rider. Includes photocopy of information card with photocopy of image of object (date unspecified); photocopies of extracts from two unidentified publications (dates unspecified) which discuss Sumerian art and the Olmecs; leaflet issued by an unidentified museum (date unspecified) which discusses Syrian artefacts; note (31 August 2000) written by a docent (name withheld), Hunt Museum. It states that two visitors to the Hunt Museum are of the opinion that present object is Hittite and probably dates from 1800 B.C.
