April 2022. Mary Cullen Kelly graduated from NCAD with a degree in printmaking. Always fascinated by the experience of art-making, Mary has also completed an MSc  researching engagement in arts activities for persons with visual impairment and intellectual disability.

Mary Cullen Kelly graduated from NCAD with a degree in printmaking. Always fascinated by the experience of art-making, Mary has also completed an MSc  researching engagement in arts activities for persons with visual impairment and intellectual disability.

A member of Limerick Printmakers, Mary works in print and paint mediums. She is a founding member of the Blueprint Artists’ Network and has been involved in a number of community arts and mural projects over the past 25 years. 

This piece is titled ‘Tradition’, a photopolymer intaglio print. As with all of Mary’s work, it blends elements to create an atmospheric piece that transports the viewer to a particular place or moment in time.
