- 11:30–12:30 PM: Round 1

2:50–3:50 PM: Round 4 (Final – on the Giant Chess Board, weather permitting)

Important Information:
- This is a non-rated, casual event – open to chess players and members of the public.

All players must know the rules of chess and how to play with a chess clock.

Entry is limited to 16 players – book early to avoid disappointment.

Chess sets and clocks provided by the Limerick Chess Club.

Time control: 20 minutes per player per game.

Tiebreak: In the event of a draw, a 5-minute blitz match will decide the winner.

Arbiter: Neal Kirby will oversee pairings (random) and rulings – all decisions are final.

Players arriving more than 15 minutes late for any round will lose by default
