Pet Plein Air
August 8 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm | €15
Are you an artist, professional or amateur, or a pet lovers and owner in Limerick? Then come to the Hunt Museum Garden on Thursday, August 8th!
We are opening the Hunt Museum Garden in Limerick to all artists and creative people, pet owners and observers! Let’s see if we can emulate or better Lavery and Osborne’s amazing pet portraits. Plein Air painting is the act of painting outdoors, a technique you can see throughout the Lavery & Osborne Exhibition in the Hunt Museum. And you are all encouraged to bring your pets, and to paint them en Plein Air, or to just observe your pets become the models!
The event will take place in the Hunt Museum Garden in Limerick, allowing attendees to set up their easel and materials outdoors on the banks of the River Shannon and paint the evening away! You are more than welcome to bring your own materials.
Cost is €15 per adult and €5 per child, all materials included (easels, canvas, paints, and brushes!)
Booking is essential, as materials are limited. To book contact email@example.com or call 061 312 833.
