Photocopy of design sketch, Liaison

Description

Photocopy of sketch, with title "Liaison" written on the front of the photocopy. Also annotations "Sketch No. 2" and "Pass out prefer cutaway suit". A three-piece suit (jacket, skirt and top). The main sketch shows a knee-length straight skirt with a double seam down either side of the central panel. The jacket has a pointed collar with revers and patch pockets with flaps at either side of the waist. The three-quarter sleeves are set in. The top is visible under the jacket. A smaller sketch shows the collarless, sleeveless top which is buttoned down the front and a half-belt at the back. There are slits in the hems of the side seams of the top. The model is shown wearing gloves.
