Mount (belt) or Book clasp
Description
A tag and belt mount (possibly brass). It is basically rectangular in shape, narrower at one end and wider at the other. It widens out into an oval in the centre. The centre is inscribed with gothic lettering. There is also geometric decoration and a rounded loop at one end.
