Design sketch, Great Dash

Description

Sketch on board, with title "Great Dash" written in pencil on tracing paper attached to the board. A knee-length coat with pointed collar and five buttons down the front. The set-in pockets are in the seam running from the hip towards the centre waist, which then veers towards mid-shoulder. A smaller sketch shows a back view of the coat with a centre back seam with an inverted pleat below the waist and a buttoned tab across the back waist. The model is shown wearing gloves.
