Design sketch, Sophisticate

Description

Sketch on board, with title "Sophisticate" written in pencil on the front and in blue biro on the back of the board. A knee-length fitted coat. It has a pointed collar and full-length sleeves. The coat is fastened on the left side with three buttons in a Cossack style. There is a set-in seam pocket on the right-hand side. The model is shown carrying gloves in left hand. A smaller sketch shows a back view of the coat with a tie belt across the back waist. Another small sketch shows a sleeveless tie-belted dress with a frill at both the hem and neck.
