Photocopies of design sketch, Girl in a Whirl

Description

Two photocopies of sketch, with title "Girl in a Whirl" typed on the front. Also annotation "(Dress with bows)". The main sketch shows a knee-length cape fastened at the neck and it has a pointed collar. The edge of the collar, hem and front edge are overstitched with several parallel rows of stitching. The smaller sketch shows a knee-length, collarless dress with full-length sleeves. There is a tie belt at the waist and bows on the bodice. This dress is similar to that shown in HM 1999.13.279 but without the lace.
