Design sketch, Buoyancy
Description
Sketch on board, with title "Buoyancy" written in pencil on the tracing paper attached to the board. A two-piece suit (jacket and skirt). The knee-length skirt is straight. The fitted jacket has six buttons down the front. There is a tie collar with a fringed end and fastened with one of the buttons. The hem of the jacket is similarly fringed. The set-in sleeves are three-quarter length. Winsor & Newton Fashion Plate Board.
