Rowena Quill is a full time artist and printmaker and has been a member of the Limerick Printmakers studio since 2016. She graduated with a BA Honours degree in Fine Art Printmaking and contemporary practice from the Limerick School of Art and Design, Ireland in 2013 and has exhibited her work nationally and internationally. Her work has been acquired by private, corporate and public collections including the NHS (UK), University of Limerick (Ireland) and The Dean Hotel Group (Ireland).
Rowena specialises in silkscreen and mono-print as a process to depict her compositions of botanical and animal imagery in limited editions. She uses multiple layers of vibrant colour combinations and rich metallics to embellish her prints on archival paper.
