About the workshop

Workshop FULL

This workshop is the third in our series. Adult only workshop.

Part I is facilitated by Midwest ARIES facilitators. It is a discussion based session, enabling participants to explore creativity, barriers to participating in it and how it can be woven into everyday life to enhance wellbeing and support mental health.

Please note: The format and content of Part I is repeated throughout the series and does not change.

Part II:

During this workshop, on December 7th, we’ll be celebrating creativity with willow wreath weaving. Willow has been used to weave baskets for thousands of years and it is a very sustainable material. Once you get your wreath home, you can decorate it with holly, fairy lights or whatever you choose.

Artist Rose Hanley will facilitate this session. No experience necessary.
