About the Lecture
The focus of this talk is the Hunt Collection of artefacts dating from the late Bronze Age (first millennium BCE) , which provides evidence of the nature of culture and society in Ireland during this period. It shows a preoccupation with status, power and display, as well as increased sophistication in craftsmanship and manufacturing skills
