In this face to face interactive workshop, we will discuss how journaling can support our wellbeing and mental health. We will:

  • Discover different ways to journal so you can find what works best for you.
  • Learn tips and techniques to get you started and keep you motivated.
  • Begin a journaling planner with prompts to help you tell your story.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and those already using journaling as a tool to support their mental health. This is a Limerick Mental Health Week event in partnership with the Hunt Museum.

Who can attend?

Open to anyone (aged 18+) with an interest in mental health and well-being.
