Includes photocopy of information card with photocopy of image of object (date unspecified); notes that image and description of object are available in '50 Treasures from the Hunt Collection' (Limerick: Hunt Museum Executive, 1993) by Patrick Doran and that this was formerly in the Forrer collection; photocopy of relevant extract from this book is also present. Mentions that before the mid-nineteenth century this leaf belonged to the Cathedral Treasury in Hildesheim; photocopy of facsimile (9 February 1996) from Doctor Michael Wolfson, Dom und Diozesanmuseum Hildesheim, to Michael Holland, Registrar, Hunt Museum, informing him that the present object is a leaf from a manuscript held by his museum, MS 688e.
