A bronze socketed axehead with one loop. It is faceted with an almost circular mouth and a octagonal cross-section. It has a narrow rim and a ridge running around the axe just above the loop. It has a splayed cutting edge which is damaged on one side. English, Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
