Axehead
Description
A dark green axehead with ovate symmetrical faces and a gently curved asymmetrical edge with a rounded, pointed butt. The left side is flattened towards the blade and butt and rounded in the centre and the right side flattened from the blade to the butt. The edge is chipped and blunted. The axehead is ground and the blade, sides and faces polished. The cross-section is oval with flattened sides.
