Seeing without Sight is a multi-sensory exhibition which enables visitors to experience a selection of Hunt Museum objects through tactile displays and audio descriptions. It has been delivered through an inclusive co-creation process with persons with visual impairment and confirms the museum’s commitment to expanding access and inclusion for persons with disability. This exhibition is funded through the Heritage Council’s Community grant scheme and will be launched during Heritage Week. Live audio described tours will also be delivered.

This is a FREE exhibition.

Seeing without Sight runs from 12th August to 13th September, 2023:

Tuesday – Saturday: 10 am – 4:30 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 4:30 pm

Seeing without Sight Exhibition launch :       

Saturday August 12th at 1 pm

Live audio described tours of Hunt Museum Collection: 

Tuesday August 15th from 11am – 12 pm

Saturday August 19th from 2pm – 4pm
