All welcome. Suitable for all ages
The King’s Island Lego Club have created four short stop motion animations and rolled them into one super duper movie!! The themes and topics explored range from “The Banshee of the Handball Alley” to kidnapping, a hit and run and friendship.
At this event, Club members hope to share their love of LEGO and to inspire others to get busy creating.
Club members would like to thank Fresh Film and other supporting organisations for their assistance with the film and stakeholders who have helped them in many different ways, including with Lego donations.
About King`s Island Lego Club
In February 2023, two local and dynamic TY students set about sharing their love of the classic brick. With lots of help along the way, their dream became a reality and the Lego Club opened at 19 Nicholas Street. Since then, there has been a huge interest in the Club with children from the King’s Island community actively participating in weekly activities. In recent weeks, Club members worked in teams to create storyboards, their sets and to shoot their Lego stop motion animations.
