I went to the Limerick College for Further Education and did my Advanced Art course and thoroughly enjoyed it as I always had an interest in all types of art from ancient to modern. I am drawn to semi-abstract images rather than to strict representative images.
In my printing, I like to use various objects that I find in my garage or kitchen or anywhere else and try to incorporate something of their particular shape or texture into my prints. That probably explains why my preferred printing technique is mono-printing. I am drawn to the Mokulito technique as it incorporates some woodwork which I also enjoy.
